Drinks: Enjoy hand crafted pre-dinner cocktails starting at 6pm, featuring infused spirits and foraged Spring garnishes. We will enjoy wine with dinner beginning at 7pm.
Menu: Guests will feast on a banquet of three all-natural vegetarian courses with local foraged plants and vegetables incorporated into each plate. Chef Lang and David Craft will share their inspiration behind this special meal; introducing the courses, and elaborating on their foraged ingredients.

Guest Chef, Paul Lang
We are pleased to welcome Paul Lang as our guest chef for this year’s banquet benefit. As a founder of A Casa NYC, Lang acts as chef and sommelier creating personalized wine and dinner experiences. He is inspired by his travels in Italy, his work as a sommelier at Babbo, Mario Batali and Joe Bastianich’s flagship restaurant, and his love of cooking as a personal chef for both nobles in Italy and his own friends at home. Mario Batali calls Paul’s A Casa, “One of the best food and wine experiences you’ll have…”.

David Craft, a wild foods enthusiast and author of the book Urban Foraging, traditionally infuses our foraged banquet with hand-collected greens from Cape Cod. David is also a teacher of foraging, and often instructs through Brookline Adult & Community Education.
