Reverie: A state of being pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts; a daydream.
Making mistakes is part of being a human being. “My EP is about learning from these past experiences and using them to grow as an artist to become the person that I am meant to be. As I mature into an adult and craft my musicianship, I have learned how important the word “Reverie” is. Looking back at memories, it feels like I was in a trance while the world continued to move around me. This is the theme that runs through the lyrics of my songs.” – Francesca Crowley
Francesca Crowley is a singer-songwriter from Los Angeles, CA, attending Berklee College of Music. As a futurist, she strives to create new and different music about her life: “I write all of my own songs, they are my personal biography.” By incorporating her personal story into her songs, she hopes to inspire individuals, helping them overcome their own personal struggles.
Lainey Dionne is a Providence-based indie artist and singer/songwriter, inspired by the lyrics and compositions of Coldplay, Vance Joy, and The Lumineers. Her debut record, Can’t Refuse (EP), was released in 2016 and is described as the “sort of music that immediately makes you forget that you left a burning oven on, or should be doing something productive. Music that will make you forget about everything else and just listen” (Verge Media).
