Hassle Fest is Brain Arts & Boston Hassle’s annual celebration of the music and art underground of America (and beyond), and for its 10th year the festival will be distributed across multiple Cambridge and Boston venues.
Minneapolis native Brennan writes songs like a journal entry and writes journal entries like an eighty year old nun. Since beginning school at Berklee College of Music, she has formed and been apart of bands such as Brennan & The Bats and Dazey & The Scouts. Currently, Brennan is a Boston-based solo project recording her first album due next year.
Grace Givertz is a Boston based indie folk singer songwriter. With a large voice packed into a tiny body, Grace pairs her witty and honest lyrics with various instruments to bring a refreshing sound to folk.
Trash Girl is a Boston-based singer-songwriter with a folk background. Pairing intimate lyrics with a gentle voice, trash girl cultivates a feeling of nostalgia and calm by adding a modern feel to traditional sounds.
Teenage Bed is an indie folk / DIY project from the west coast of France. Nathan Leproust’s songwriting captures a brutally honest vibe beautifully tangled with pop and grunge notes.
